Thomas Ekman Jørgensen is working as Senior Programme Manager on the training of researchers, doctoral programmes and researcher careers and other issues for the Council for Doctoral Education.
He received his PhD in History and Civilisation from the European University Institute in Florence in 2004 and worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Copenhagen before coming to Brussels. As a historian, he has – among other things – worked on student movements and 1968.
