Tuesday, 13 April 10.00 – 13.00 CEST

During the week of 7-15 April, the FAIRsFAIR project will be organising for project insiders and external stakeholders alike a week-long series of online events to immerse themselves fully in all things related to FAIR data management in the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) framework.

FAIRsFAIR is one of the Horizon 2020 projects for the implementation of the EOSC, with EUA being a work package leader focussed on embedding FAIR data education in university programmes and doctoral training. The project’s goal is to supply practical solutions for the use of the FAIR data principles throughout the research data life cycle and to foster FAIR data culture and the uptake of good practices in making data FAIR. In the coming weeks and months, efforts to broaden and deepen the impact of the project’s solutions and recommendations, both within and beyond established networks and beyond Europe, will be considerably intensified.

The highlight of the week will be the public event on 13 April, when we will showcase the key stakeholder and community outputs and solutions for FAIR uptake. Another public event of interest is the FAIR Repository Support Programme taking place on 15 April, showcasing the work done with a series of selected repositories on their path towards the CoreTrustSeal certification.

The events are free of charge and the public events are open to anyone who is interested. Registrations are now open until the start of each event.
