EUA cancels all public events until 30 April

In view of the continuing spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in Europe, EUA has taken the decision to cancel all of its public events until 30 April. The 2020 EUA Annual Conference, which was scheduled from 16 to 17 April at Gdańsk University of Technology in Poland, is among the events cancelled.

The EUA leadership made this decision with the health and safety of all participants and staff in mind. It also took the decision to avoid further spreading of the coronavirus.

EUA is currently working to organise some of the planned Annual Conference sessions as webinars. Further information about these sessions will be posted on the EUA website when available. The EUA General Assembly will also be organised as an online event on 16 April, detailed instructions on how to attend will be sent to all EUA members shortly.

Participants who have already paid the registration fees to the Annual Conference will receive a  refund.

Regarding the other events scheduled during the period up to 30 April, EUA is working to postpone or host them online.
