Registrations for EUA’s Institutional Evaluation Programme are now open

15 April 2019

EUA’s Institutional Evaluation Programme (IEP) is now accepting registrations for the 2019/20 round of evaluations.

IEP offers comprehensive, improvement-oriented institutional evaluations conducted by a team of experienced higher education leaders. The evaluation process and resulting report and recommendations aim to support institutions in developing their strategic leadership and capacity to manage change. All evaluated institutions may use the ‘Evaluated by IEP’ icon for a period of five years after the evaluation. Details on how to register are available on the IEP website and the closing date for registrations is 1 July 2019.

IEP offers a sensitive approach that takes into consideration the context of the evaluation, which allows your institution to address issues of concern across all areas of activity. Beyond this, IEP also offers the possibility to select a special focus for the evaluation: internationalisation, or management of research and use of research results. The focal point lies within the context of a full institutional evaluation, but is given special attention throughout the evaluation process, providing more in-depth analysis and recommendations.

To find out more about how IEP works, explore testimonies, and watch our 2018 webinar explaining the IEP process, visit our website: www.iep-qaa.org.

On this occasion, IEP is also pleased to announce that its listing on the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR) register was reconfirmed at the beginning of April 2019 for a further five years following a successful external review. This decision follows previous positive decisions about IEP’s membership in ENQA earlier this spring.
