Are you thinking of applying to participate in the European University Association’s Leadership Development Programme in 2027?
To learn more about the programme and the application process, a dedicated online info session will take place on 1 June 2026, from 14.00 to 14.45 (CEST). The session will provide an overview of the programme’s structure, content and objectives, and offer an opportunity to ask questions directly to the programme coordination team before the deadline to submit applications on 3 July 2026.
As a flagship initiative developed by the university sector for the university sector, EUA’s LDP supports senior university leaders in navigating the complex transformations shaping European higher education, from sustainability and digitalisation to governance, funding pressures and evolving societal expectations.
Designed as an immersive and reflective leadership journey, each year, the programme brings together a diverse cohort of senior academic and professional leaders from across Europe. Participants engage in peer learning, leadership exchanges and a simulation that mirrors real strategic and governance challenges faced by universities.
This info session is aimed at senior leaders from EUA member universities who are considering applying and would like to better understand how the programme can support their leadership practice and institutional transformation efforts.
Participation in the webinar is open to all interested participants. Registration will remain open until the start of the session.
