The European University Association is currently piloting a Leadership Development Programme for senior leaders in European higher education institutions.
As the call for participation for the pilot programme’s first cohort of participants is now open until 24 October, a dedicated webinar took place on Wednesday 18 September 2024, 14.00-14.45 (CEST), to present the Leadership Development Programme and address any questions that potential applicants may have.
This webinar was tailored for aspiring participants from EUA member universities who are looking to elevate their leadership skills and will provide attendees with a clear understanding of the programme and how it can benefit their professional growth.
Additionally, the webinar was an opportunity to connect with the members of the EUA Secretariat responsible for the programme development and share any questions on the application process, the selection criteria or the necessary materials for to submit an application. The webinar notably highlighted the strategic foresight component of the programme that will equip leaders with the ability to anticipate and navigate future challenges.
