As part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions for Ukraine (MSCA4Ukraine), this webinar will showcase how higher education institutions are supporting researchers and the wider Ukrainian higher education sector.
Two European MSCA4Ukraine host institutions will explain how they are welcoming researchers from Ukraine, allowing them to continue their research, further developing their careers while maintaining their connections to their home institutions. They will discuss how these activities link to their overarching institutional missions, the other steps they are taking to enhance collaboration with the Ukrainian higher education sector, and the challenges they face and what would be needed to overcome those.
Registrations for the webinar are possible until the start of the event.

Since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the MSCA4Ukraine initiative has supported displaced researchers from Ukraine through fellowships in higher education and research institutions across Europe. Since its launch in September 2022, the scheme has supported 125 displaced researchers, with an expected additional 50 researchers to be supported through the initiative’s second call launched in summer 2024. Besides much needed individual fellowships, the scheme also places emphasis on strengthening the Ukrainian higher education and research sector and enhancing collaboration with institutions from Ukraine.
