This workshop will examine the different ways in which internal and external quality can be interconnected—or, at times, create challenges for one another.
It will provide insights into various institutional approaches, from those that have fully aligned their IQA systems to meet EQA requirements, to those that have deliberately separated the two through distinct structures and processes, and those that prioritize IQA while adopting a broader perspective on maintaining institutional sustainability within their relevant external environments.
