Key European RD&I stakeholders organised a joint webinar on the next EU Research & Innovation Framework Programme (FP10) on 02 June 2026 at 14.00-15.30 (CEST).
The guest speaker was Pauline Rouch, Director of the Common Policy Centre, Directorate-General for Research and Innovation (DG RTD), European Commission.
Pauline Rouch, as the Director of the Common Policy Centre, oversees EU R&I policy and the implementation of Horizon Europe. Ms Rouch brings nearly two decades of experience across the Commission, including as Head of Cabinet to Commissioner Mariya Gabriel and as the Commission’s representative in the Council of the EU’s Coreper I committee. She also led the team supporting Mario Draghi’s report on European competitiveness. In her current role, she is closely involved in shaping the next Horizon Europe programme, or FP10.
This webinar was organised in the context of the ongoing process of shaping FP10 and aims to provide the R&I community with an overview of the latest developments, including how the Commission is preparing for the launch of the new programme. The co-organisers are the European Chemical Industry Council (CEFIC), CESAER, DIGITALEUROPE, the European Association of Research and Technology Organisations (EARTO), the European Regions Research and Innovation Network (ERRIN), the European University Association and Orgalim.
