EUA member University of Lisbon is developing a study on the ‘Institutional Support Services provided by European Universities in Online Education’.
This research project aims to understand the level of institutional support made available to teaching staff (professors, lecturers, teaching assistants and tutors) working on fully or partially distance education programmes in the Higher education institutions that are part of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
This is a study that was previously carried out in the United States with the support of the Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT) and University of Lisbon is implementing it in the EHEA, after having received a grant funded by the Portuguese government to conduct this research for the next 1.5 years.
The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete. All the information about the study as well as the ethical and legal requirements associated to it, are available on the form.
The data collection process will be open until the end of July 2025.
