The calls are open to consortia involving academia (universities, research organisations), private organisations (SMEs, start-ups), and public institutions.

The calls are structured in two strands:

  • Strand 2a focuses on supporting interregional innovation investments aiming at developing value chains in less developed regions and reinforcing the integration of innovation actors in EU value chains.

The Investment calls - Strand 1 & 2a are open untill 13 November 2025. The capacity-building call is planned for October 2025.
