EUA is consulting its membership and wider community of stakeholders on development of the Association’s next Strategic Plan.

The European University Association (EUA) is currently developing a new Strategic Plan. The new Strategic Plan will be rooted in EUA’s core mission and values, which were articulated in the 2020 Strategic Plan ‘Europe’s Universities Shaping the Future’. Building on established goals, the Association’s next Strategic Plan will provide direction for the continuation and development of activities which offer most value to EUA’s members and affiliates, as well as the wider sector.

As part of the consultation process, EUA is welcoming input, via two separate surveys, from its members and affiliates as well as from partners and other stakeholders. The surveys will gather insights from the community on EUA’s future evolution and priorities and how best to advance the Association’s work.

Survey for EUA members and affiliates

This questionnaire is open to EUA full and associate members, as well as EUA affiliate networks and organisations.

Survey for EUA partners and non-members

This questionnaire is open to higher education institutions that are not EUA members, as well as civil society organisations, national/EU or intergovernmental agencies, representatives of media or other stakeholders active in higher education or research, either in Europe or globally.

The deadline to complete either survey is 1 September. Responses are invited on an individual basis and will be held in the strictest confidence. No identifying information will be used in the new Strategic Plan or any other publication which draws on the outcomes of the survey.

If you have any questions, please contact EUA Membership and Project Coordinator Clare Phelan (clare.phelan@eua.eu).
