A call for contributions for the 2025 European Quality Assurance Forum is now open.

The 2025 European Quality Assurance Forum – ‘QA in times of crises – Ensuring stability, autonomy and international cooperation in higher education’ – will be held in Budapest, Hungary, from 12-14 November, hosted by Corvinus University of Budapest.

This year’s EQAF will discuss the role of quality assurance in preserving public education as a societal asset and promoting academic values for progress. It will explore innovative policies and tools that support institutional autonomy and governance while addressing external challenges. The Forum will also discuss how QA can maintain international academic cooperation within and beyond the EHEA, even amid national restrictions or closures.

EQAF provides a platform for discussion, professional development and exchange of experiences among the main stakeholders in QA. Specifically, the Forum is of interest to rectors and vice-rectors responsible for QA, QA officers in higher education institutions, students, QA agency staff and researchers working on higher education or the QA field.

Therefore, the EQAF Programme Committee is pleased to invite to submit proposals related to this year’s theme. The deadline to submit proposals is 22 June 2025.

If you are interested in submitting a proposal, you can choose between three types of contributions: paper presentations, workshops and poster presentations.

For full details on the type of contributions sought and the submission process, please carefully read the call for contributions and consult the event page.
