The European University Association is currently looking for members to take part in a new Thematic Peer Group on ‘Reforming academic careers in practice’.
This group will explore how universities can create enabling environments for more diverse, attractive and sustainable academic careers. Participants will examine the organisational conditions that support successful reform and identify both opportunities and challenges in embedding academic career reforms within institutional culture, policies and practices.
The group will provide participating EUA members with an excellent opportunity for peer learning and exchange of experiences, while contributing to EUA’s wider activities and policy work on academic careers and their assessment.
