EUA is a community of over 900 members and affiliates. It represents universities and national rectors’ conferences in 48 European countries, as well as affiliated organisations and networks based both in and beyond Europe.

Our current university system is not systematically meeting the needs of the neurodivergent community, write Monique Mackenzie and Elliott Spaeth, who highlight artificial intelligence’s potential for education that serves all learners.
Supporting and developing our next generation of researchers is of fundamental importance if we want to guarantee Europe’s competitiveness in a global economy. We need to tackle job insecurity, improve the management of career expectations and ensure manageable workloads.
To achieve EUA’s vision of ‘Strong universities for Europe’, we support our members to excel in the service of society.
EUA counts universities from across Europe, as well as national rectors’ conferences and national university associations, among our members.
EUA is governed by a Board, Council and General Assembly, supported by a Secretariat, and guided by a variety of working groups and committees.
