Improving institutional governance, developing new strategies and adapting to emerging trends can be very challenging for higher education institutions. The Institutional Evaluation Programme has provided valuable support to more than 350 institutions for almost three decades by offering enhancement-oriented evaluations on a peer-review basis. IEP evaluation teams are composed of highly experienced international experts and always include rectors and/or vice-rectors, students and senior higher education professionals.

This webinar offered an overview of the IEP: evaluation team members explained its main characteristics and features, two recently evaluated institutions discussed their experience, and the secretariat provided some practical information.
