The European Distance and E-learning Network (EDEN) organises the European Online Distance Learning Week (EODLW) on 2 – 6 November, with one extra day on 9 November focusing on the European Vocational Skills Week. Registrations are open and for free.
This fifth edition of the EODLW will reflect on present changes influenced by pandemic Covid-19 and to enhance the possibilities of online and distance learning in today’s “new normal”.
During the EODLW, participants will have access to daily online webinars and panel sessions of expert scholars and practitioners who will present a variety of cutting edge open and online learning topics, from innovations in design to open educational research.
EUA Director of the Higher Education Policy, Michael Gaebel, will be one of the speakers on 5 November at a session entitled “Digitally enhanced learning at European higher education institutions – state of play and prospects”.
